A conditional, or "Child" question is created when a question needs to be asked only when triggered by a certain answer from a previous application question, known as the "Parent."

*Before you create your Child question, be sure that the Parent question has already been created and assigned.
STEP 1: CREATE
1. Navigate to the Programs tab and select Application Questions from the dropdown menu
2. Click the Add + button
3. Fill in the required fields, and navigate down to Parent Question. Select the question you would like to use as the Parent, and then select any answer that should trigger the Child question. Click Create Question.
Note: New questions will appear at the very bottom of your questions list once created. They will be assigned to 0 programs before you move on to Step 2 below.
STEP 2: ASSIGN
1. Navigate to the Programs tab and select Application Questions from the dropdown menu
2. Select the checkbox next to the question(s) that you would like to assign
3. Click the Group Actions button at the bottom of your screen and select Assign Programs from the menu
4. Select the checkbox of the program(s) that you want the question assigned to
5. Click Save Assignment
