1. Go to the Submissions Table by navigating to Submissions, then select Submitted Ratings from the dropdown menu.
2. Turn on the Sort and Filter feature by clicking on the Search button above the table.
3. Within the Shared column (included in the default table), select Yes or No.
- Selecting Yes for your filter will display Ratings and Notes that are currently shared with an applicant.
- Selecting No for your filter will display Ratings and Notes that are not currently shared with an applicant.
Checking if Adjudication is being shared with an individual applicant from an Application
1. Go to the application from the Submissions Table (navigate to Submissions, then select Submissions from the dropdown menu).
2. Using the Stages Tab, select the Stage that contains the Rating Scales you need to confirm are being shared.
3. If a Reviewer's Ratings and Notes for this Stage are currently shared with an applicant, the adjudication will be noted as "Adjudication currently shared with the applicant." Adjudication not shared with the applicant will have no note at all.
