Why don't my changes save when I edit an application on behalf of an applicant? (Account Owners & Program Managers)




Edits made to an application on behalf of an applicant by an Account Owner or Program Manager will only save if the application is in an Adjudication stage as noted above the applicant's name in the application view.



If you need to make changes to an application while it is in an Application stage, you can either briefly move their application back into an Adjudication stage, quickly make and save the changes, and then move it back into the Application stage, or you can wait until the applicant submits their completed application.
