Schedule Menu (Account Owners and Program Managers)




Our Schedule menu gives Account Owners easy access to all settings and features for scheduling and AuditionRoom. Click on a link below to learn more about that page or table!

Note: available menu options may vary by user.

  • Schedule: The Schedule page organizes your sessions in a calendar view to help you manage timeslots and see upcoming events. From this page, you can create schedules and sessions, invite applicants to a schedule, assign your reviewers as adjudicators, assign automatic scheduling notifications, and export audition schedules.
  • Notifications: The Notifications table allows you to create automatic notifications, which can be sent to applicants about their timeslot(s) based on a variety of conditions and timelines. These notifications are then assigned to specific schedules and sessions to ensure applicants only receive what's relevant to them.
  • AuditionRoomFor organizations using AuditionRoom to host live virtual auditions, this page is where you create your lobby and audition rooms, assign your lead adjudicators, access your audition rooms on audition day, and access recordings of past AuditionRoom auditions.
