Triggered Admin Exports allow JSON data to be sent to external systems when a particular Admin-Only question is answered. This is a great way to send decisions or scholarship data to your CMS!

To build a Triggered Admin Export, an Acceptd Account Owner for your organization should follow the steps below:
- From the Organization tab in Acceptd, select Integrations from the menu.
- Click on the Create Integration button and select Triggered Admin Exports.
- Name the export.
- Fill in the destination URL and enter your Bearer Token for authentication in the receiving system.
- Use Trigger Sets to define the conditions that will trigger an export.
- Choose one or more Admin-Only questions to trigger the export.
- Exports can be triggered from any response or from custom answers defined here.
- Define the Payload Structure by matching JSON keys to Admin-Only questions in Acceptd. Any number of items may be added to the payload.
- Choose whether you would like to exclude empty values from the payload.
- Enable the integration by clicking the checkbox.
- Click Save to save the configuration.
Once the export has been configured, the Integrations page will display the individual connections. Each time the conditions for the trigger are met, Acceptd will send a JSON file to the provided URL.
Note: Multiple exports can be built if additional events are needed at a later date. It is not required to include all events in the same export.
