What is the difference between the messaging categories?

Messages can be sorted into 5 different categories to help you stay organized and efficient.

Here are the 5 different categories:

• Read: Messages that you have previously viewed and are not archived will appear here.
• Unread: All new messages that you have not yet read will appear here.
• Starred: All messages that you have starred will appear here.
• Archived: All messages you have archived will appear here.
• Sent: All messages you have sent will appear here except for automatic scheduling notifications.
