There are several different types of questions that can be added to your application, depending on what kind of information you need to capture!

Address - collect address information from one field powered by Google to ensure accuracy.
Any Media - upload any type of media (text, audio, video, image)
Audio - upload only the following files types: MP4, M4V, AVI, FLV, MOV, WMV, MPG, MPEG, M2V, MKV, WEBM
CC Email - a question option that allows for the email address that is input to receive a copy of every email sent to the applicant email. Great for parent/guardian information.
Checkbox - a simple checkbox relating to text such as "Do you agree to the following terms & conditions?"
Choices - a dropdown that allows for only one selection
College - college database is searched via the CEEB code or the name of the college and auto-populates all the college information
Comment - only text, no question
Country - a dropdown with a list of all the countries
Date - a field with a calendar selector
Date of Birth - options to select month, day, and year
Document - upload only the following file types: TXT, PDF, PS, RTF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PPS, XLS, XLSX, OPT, ODP, ODS, SXC, SXW, SXI
Email - only a valid email may be entered
Floating Point Number (decimal) - a number field which allows for decimal points
High School - high school database is searched via the CEEB code or the name of the high school and auto-populates the application with all the high school information
Image - upload only the following files types: JPEG, PJPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF
Integer - only whole numbers are allowed, no decimals and no letters
Large Text - a basic text box for a large amount of text
Lookup Data - used in conjunction with a Custom Data List to display an array of preset values
Modal Signature Checkbox - an in app requirement that applicants must agree to by entering their name in a popup box.
Multiple Choices - a dropdown that allows for multiple selections
Phone - entry must follow the format: (xxx) xxx-xxxx
Recommendation Request - a question type that helps with letters of recommendation. Once the applicant submits their application, the recommender will receive an email with instructions on how to submit documentation directly to Acceptd on their behalf. You can also customize the information the recommender needs to input on the back end under Recommender Questions.
Regex - a question type that can be marked as required and will not let applicants continue unless they input a specific code set by the organization. This is great for programs that may require invitation or additional information.
Rich Text - a large text field that allows applicants to format their text
State - a dropdown with a list of states based on country selection. You must add the Country type in order for the State question to populate.
Text - a basic text field for short answers
URL - only valid URLs may be entered
Video - upload only the following file types: MP4, M4V, AVI, FLV, MOV, WMV, MPG, MPEG, M2V, MKV, WEBM
Year - a dropdown with a list of years
Yes/No - a question with two options: yes and no
YouTube - similar to the URL question type but only allows YouTube links
