What are the different administrative permission levels on Acceptd?



There are several different permission levels on Acceptd. This list will help you find the right fit for you and your team based on what level of access they need!


Account Owner

The Account Owner permission level is the highest available administrative role. 

Account Owners automatically have access to all applications in all areas immediately upon submittal. 

Account Owners may also: 

  • Track "in progress" applicant data
  • Message candidates
  • Assign additional users
  • Lock in final decisions
  • Edit all landing page and program settings

Program Manager

Program Managers have all the same permissions as Account Owners, however only to the programs assigned to them by their Account Owners. 


Reviewer access allows users to view, score and comment on applications. Reviewers will only have access to the applications or programs granted to them by their Program Managers or Account Owners. Reviwers do not have access to in-progress applications.


Ambassador access allows users to participate in AuditionRoom lobbies. Ambassadors do not have access to application information. The email associated with an Ambassador account can not be in use with any other Acceptd account.
