Acceptd offers multiple integration options to connect your information and workflows seamlessly. You can use any combination of the methods below to support your organization's needs. While these options are available to all Account Owners within Acceptd at no additional cost, you may need to partner with Data or Technology teams within your organization to complete the setup.

API

An API (Application Programming Interface) allows two or more pieces of software to communicate directly. This allows direct and/or advanced access to a software’s features without using the UI (User Interface). Data can be both imported and exported via the API and can be used with a variety of third-party software.

For more information, refer to our guide Getting Started with Acceptd's API.

FTP/SFTP

An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server allows files to be transferred between different computers or devices that have been granted access. Many third-party applications have the ability to import data from an (S)FTP server, and Acceptd supports the ability to place data on these servers via automatic daily exports.

For more information, refer to our guide How do I create an FTP connection for exported data?

Webhooks

A webhook is an open standard that allows multiple applications to communicate. Organizations can set up webhooks to notify external systems when certain events occur in Acceptd. The following events are available:

  • Application Submission
  • Application Stage Change
  • Application Payment
  • Timeslot Selected
  • Left Timeslot
  • Timeslot Removal Requested

For more information, refer to our guide Setting up Webhooks.

Export to Slate (Acceptd to Slate)

For organizations who use Slate, the Slate Export delivers data about select Acceptd events directly to Slate. Data provided by Acceptd can be mapped to update fields in Slate's records. The following events are available:

  • Application Submission
  • Application Stage Change
  • Application Payment
  • Timeslot Selected
  • Left Timeslot
  • Applicant Invited to Schedule
  • Applicant Removed from Schedule
  • Audition Ended

For more information, refer to our guide Setting up a Slate Export.

Import from Slate (Slate to Acceptd)

For organizations who use Slate, the Slate Import delivers data from Slate to Acceptd. Data can then be mapped to Admin Only questions for visibility with Acceptd.

For more information, refer to our guide Setting up a Slate Import.

Triggered Admin Exports

Triggered Admin Exports allow JSON data to be sent to external systems when particular Admin-Only questions are answered.

For more information, refer to our guide Setting up a Triggered Admin Export.

Applicant Email CC

Setting up an Applicant Email CC allows messages from Acceptd to be synced to an external system or inbox. When certain system messages are sent to your applicants, a copy of the message will be sent to the provided email address. The following messages are available:

  • Application Submission
  • Application Stage Change
  • Application Message

For more information, refer to our guide Setting up an Applicant Email CC.
