How do I delete a session?

Before deleting a session, make sure any scheduled applicants are first moved to a new timeslot in a different session!

 

To delete a session from Scheduling, you will first want to navigate to the Schedule tab and select Schedule from the dropdown menu. 

When the calendar view appears, find the date that holds the session needing to be removed. This can be found in the monthly calendar in the top-left corner.

The color-coded session blocks will appear in the weekly view when the date is selected. If a session is scheduled for later in the day, you can scroll down within the hours shown.

Click on the session block requiring deletion. Then, click the trash icon to remove it.

A warning message will appear with instructions for how to redirect scheduled applicants. You will have the option to either move them back into the Invited list of the same Schedule or remove/un-invite them from the Schedule entirely. 

Note: If there are no applicants scheduled, you can disregard the warning message and select either option provided before clicking Delete Session.
