What are stages?

Some organizations use stages to move their applicants through a series of application and adjudication phases. Each stage has its own set application questions, guidelines, confirmation messages, deadlines, and ratings.

--

If an organization uses stages, you will see them in the View Different Stage dropdown in the Dashboard of a submission. The applicant's current adjudication stage will have a green dot next to it, and the dropdown will display Current Stage.

To view the comments and reviews from a previous stage, simply click on the View Different Stage dropdown. Please keep in mind that no ratings or comments should be left in the non-current stage, though you can still view previous adjudication there.

Account Owners are able to change the stage of an application by clicking on the stage name below an applicant's name at the top of the page. Our article How do I change the stage of a submission? will guide you through the process of changing stages.
