Consider how many times you would normally reach out to an artist via traditional mail marketing. You might want to reach out to them the first time to introduce yourself, a month or so later, to check back in if you haven’t heard from them, and a final time to remind them of upcoming deadlines. In addition to this, you can always reach out with information on different programs or upcoming webinars or priority deadlines they may be interested in. We do not recommend sending the same message multiple times to the same artists.
