Who can I target in the Recruitment Network?

Short Answer: Artists (all ages) 

In the Recruitment Network, you can message artists (Music, Theatre, Dance, Visual Art, and Film) of all ages and skill levels. 

You are not able to target parents or teachers within the Recruitment Network, only artists.

Who can I target with Spotlight Emails?

Short Answer: Artists (all ages)

The Spotlight Email list is pulled directly from the Recruitment Network, which means we can target artists of all ages. 

We are not able to target parents or teachers with the Spotlight Email, only artists. 

Who can I target with Social Media Advertising?

Short Answer: Artists 18+ / Parents / Teachers 

With new privacy laws, advertisers are no longer able to target minors (under 18) based on interests through Facebook and Instagram. Advertisers can now only target minors based on age, gender, and location (not interests). We can still target minors with these general targeting parameters. For undergraduate programs, we can also use detailed targeting on 18-year-old individuals (most common age of graduating seniors). 

We also have the ability to target parents of artists, as well as educators, etc. if you prefer, or if your target audience skews younger than 18. 

Who can I target withGoogle Adwords

Short Answer: Artists 18+ / Parents / Teachers

With new privacy laws, advertisers are no longer able to target minors (under 18) through Google AdWords. And age ranges can only be targeted as follows: "18-24," "25-34," "35-44," "45-54," "55-64," "65+," and "Unknown".

We have the ability to target parents of artists, as well as educators, etc. using keyword and search terms, and audience segments.
