Yes! We have heard your feedback and you can now schedule your recruitment messages via our “Recruit Campaign” link within Messages. You will need to create the following two items before you can schedule a Recruit campaign:
- Create your View of which applicants to message (See this in a video walk-through)
- Create your Message Template (See this in a video walk-through)
Next, in your messaging inbox (the dialogue bubble on the top right corner of your screen), choose Recruit Campaigns: (See this in a video walk-through)
- Name your Message
- Choose a Template
- Choose a sender
- Choose a recipient list or View
- Choose your start date, end date (optional), messages per day, and time of day to send
- You can pause your campaign at any time by setting the status to Paused
- Save your Recruit Campaign
