Account Re-Setup Process

These are the steps you'll want to take before opening applications for a new cycle!

3. Run the Cycle Change Wizard

4. Update Program(s)

  • Eligibility*
  • Application Questions 
    • Check your application questions by creating a test applicant account 
    • How to create new application questions and assign to programs 
  • Recommender Questions*
  • Rating Scales*
  • Audition Schedule*
  • Additional stages*

5. Complete your updates and email us at least 1 week prior to your desired open date as we need to check your account before it opens to ensure accuracy. 

* These areas only need to be addressed if your organization uses them.
