Similar to the platform in general, AuditionRoom also has several different user types with different permission levels and purposes. Use this list to find what is right for you!

Ambassador
Ambassadors can participate in AuditionRoom lobbies, accept help requests from auditionees, and directly message staff and auditionees. Ambassadors do not have access to application information. These users will need to be added to your organization and assigned the Ambassador permission level. The email associated with an Ambassador account cannot be in use with any other Acceptd account.
Moderator
Moderators help to control the flow of auditions. They can host the lobby Zoom meeting, accept help requests from auditionees, and directly message staff and auditionees. Additionally, Moderators can see and modify all audition room schedules and enter all audition rooms assigned to their lobby. Moderators can be Reviewers, Program Managers, or Account Owners in your organization's user table.
Lead Adjudicator
Lead adjudicators control the flow of auditions within their assigned audition rooms. These users host the Zoom meeting for their audition room(s), invite and skip auditionees from the clipboard schedule, and admit auditionees from the Zoom waiting room. Additionally, Lead Adjudicators can directly message staff and auditionees and participate in the private adjudicator chat for their audition room(s). Lead Adjudicators can be Reviewers, Program Managers, or Account Owners in your organization's user table and will have access to the same applications that they have been assigned in Acceptd.
Adjudicator
Adjudicators can only participate in their assigned audition room(s). Additionally, Adjudicators can directly message staff and auditionees and participate in the private adjudicator chat for their audition room(s). Adjudicators can be Reviewers, Program Managers, or Account Owners in your organization's user table and will have access to the same applications that they have been assigned in Acceptd.
