The day of the audition, login to Acceptd, navigate to Schedule, and select AuditionRoom from the dropdown menu. Click Join Lobby next to the Lobby that you are overseeing for the day.
*You may choose to join the lobby early if you want to preview what it will look like day of.
When you join the Lobby, you’ll see all the same information that the applicant sees about the organization.
Along the left-side menu, you’re able to initiate messages and manage all of your active chats. You can start a new message by clicking the plus (+) icon and select the user you want to message. You’ll notice that all users are grouped for easy navigation. To message more than one user, simply select all the names you want to message before clicking the Direct Message button.
If you have fellow Ambassadors, you can easily chat them all by clicking on the Ambassadors link.
