Your schedule is set up and now it’s time to build your Virtual Lobbies and Rooms for each of your audition and/or interview days.
AuditionRoom is made up of Lobbies and Rooms which mirror the in-person experience virtually. Lobbies correspond with audition days and hold the Rooms where all the individual Sessions take place. Lobbies allow auditionees to review information about your organization, connect with ambassadors, organize for their audition, and join a Lobby Meeting.
Rooms are where auditions, interviews, placement tests, etc will take place. Each Room is associated with a different Zoom Meeting and includes a set of adjudicators. Your Rooms will correspond exactly to the Appointment Sessions already created in your account.

*For the purposes of these tutorials, we use the terms auditionee and auditions, though AuditionRoom may be utilized for interviews, placement tests, dance calls, and so on.
Please note the following areas have changed in the platform since the creation of this video:
- The left hand menu referenced in the video has moved to the top of your screen, instead of clicking the camera icon on the left side of your screen, you will access AuditonRoom by navigating to Schedule > AuditonRoom at the top of your screen.
- Applicants and adjudicators ARE now able to participate in multiple sessions within one lobby.
- When creating a room, you will now be prompted to check or uncheck the box next to Record Meeting. Uncheck this box ONLY if you do not wish to record the auditions happening in that Room's zoom call.
- When creating a room, you will now have the option to check the box next to Allow Simultaneous Auditions if you want multiple auditionees to be in one audition at the same time, i.e. Dance Calls.
