At the center of Acceptd's core values is the commitment to protect personal information shared by our users. Beginning in Fall 2024, these efforts will include Multi-Factor Authentication to further ensure your organization's and your applicants' data security.

--

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a common security measure requiring users to provide at least one additional method of verification upon log-in. MFA acts as an extra layer of security, further protecting your account details and the data provided by your applicants. You may be familiar with this process from using other inboxes, platforms, or services.

Beginning in Fall 2024, MFA will be required for all organization users, including Account Owners, Program Managers, Reviewers, and Student Ambassadors. MFA is not required from users who only have applicant accounts at the time of this release.
