Unless you have been cc’d on the messages or message templates, you won’t be able to see the messages a colleague has sent in your Message center. However, you can click into any artist profile in the Recruitment Network to see the messages that have been sent.
You can check the Last Contacted column in the Recruitment Network table view to see the time and date artists were last sent a message.
If you would like to share messaging with your team members, some clients prefer to have one shared login. This could be your general admin account that you all sign into for Recruitment Netwok purposes only.
