First, we recommend updating your internet browser. The majority of technical issues we see involve outdated internet browsers, especially with Internet Explorer and Safari. If you find that your media player in Acceptd isn’t displaying documents, it maybe the result of an outdated version of Adobe. You can learn about how to update your version of Adobe here.
