How do I create and assign Application Questions?

Creating a question is a two-step process! The first step is to create the question and the second step is to assign it to the appropriate program(s). Both steps must be completed for a question to be added to an application.

How to create an Application Question

1. Navigate to Programs and select Application Questions from the dropdown menu

2. Click the Add + button

3. Fill in the required fields, and click Create Question. To learn more about the required fields, click here.

How to assign an Application Question to an individual program

**Once a question is created, it must be assigned to the program(s) to which it applies. 

1. Navigate to Programs and select Programs from the dropdown menu

2. Click on the program that you would like to assign the question

3. Select Application Questions from the tabs along the top of the program editor that opens

4. Click the + next to any question that you would like to add to the program. This will move the question from the Available Questions side to the Application Questions side. The Application Questions side represents all active questions.

5. Click Close to save your changes

 

How to assign an Application Question to multiple programs

**Once a question is created, it must be assigned to the program(s) to which it applies. 

1. Navigate to Programs and select Programs from the dropdown menu

2. Select the checkbox next to the programs that you would like to assign the question

3. Navigate to Group Actions at the bottom left of your screen and select Edit Programs from the menu

4. Select Application Questions from the tabs along the top of the program editor that opens

5. Click the + next to any rating scale that you would like to add to all the selected programs. This will move the rating scale from the Available Questions side to the Application Questions side. The Application Questions side represents all active questions. The number in parentheses next to the question indicates how many programs the question is assigned to.

6. Click Close to save your changes
