Our Schedule menu is condensed to just a few options in order to consolidate the tools you're using. It gives Account Owners easy access to all settings and features for scheduling and AuditionRoom so you can do more from just one screen. Click on a link below to learn more about that page or table!
Note: available menu options may vary by user.
- Schedule: Organizes your sessions in a calendar view to help you manage timeslots and see upcoming events. Schedule provides you access to directly invite applicants, assign adjudicators, attach notifications, and more.
- Notifications: Automatic notifications can be sent to applicants about their timeslots based on a variety of conditions. These are directly tied to individual schedules and sessions.
- AuditionRoom: For organizations using AuditionRoom, this page allows easy access to lobby and room information and settings, as well as recordings of past auditions.
